CORAL SPRINGS - A woman from Broward County is suing another woman for a car collision causing the Plaintiff serious injuries.

The Plaintiff, Tammie Smith, filed a complaint on September 2, 2016 in the 17th Judicial Circuit Court against Anuradha Prashad alleging Prashad created a foreseeable zone of risk in which Tammie fell within, causing a collision.

According to the complaint, on August 10, 2014, the Defendant, Prashad, created a foreseeable risk zone of harm by failing to operate and/or maintain a motor vehicle in a careful and prudent manner. Due to her negligence, Tammie fell within the foreseeable zone of risk of harm and sustained serious injuries including, but not limited to; physical impairment, chiropractic treatment, and loss of earnings.

The Plaintiff demands judgment against Anuradha Prashad for compensatory damages, costs, interests, and demands a trial by jury of all issues. She is represented by Yeemee Chan, Esq. of Steinger, Iscoe, & Greene, P.A. in Ft. Lauderdale.
