Broward County Court Filing Fees
Below is a chart of the Broward County clerk of court filing fees and online service fees. The filing fees vary depending on the type of legal action, including appeals, circuit civil claims $15,000 and above, mortgage foreclosures, county civil claims including small claims, removal of tenant actions, family services including paternity, adoption and divorce, and probate/mental health including trusts, wills and guardianships cases.
Forms of payment include cash, personal check, cashier's check or money order (payable to Broward County Clerk of Courts), Visa, MasterCard, or American Express (there is a convenience fee for each credit card transaction and American Express is not accepted for online transactions). Please be sure to note the restrictions related to the acceptance of credit cards or personal checks for certain types of payments.
