PLANTATION - A complaint was filed by a woman on October 17, 2016 after she slipped and fell at a Whole Foods store in Plantation.
According to the complaint, Loredana Tonetti was on the Defendants premises on March 1, 2014 when she slipped and fell near the eating area of the supermarket. As a result of the fall, the Plaintiff suffered serious injuries including, but not limited to, permanent injuries, grief, anguish, disability, and loss of earnings.
The Plaintiff alleges that the Defendant is responsible for her fall by failing to maintain the premises free of dangerous conditions, and failing to warn the Plaintiff about the dangerous condition.
The Plaintiff demands judgment for damages in excess of $15,000, costs, and interest from the Defendant and further demands trial by jury. The Plaintiff is represented by Ian Boettcher, Esq. of Rubenstein Law, P.A. in Plantation.
