POMPANO BEACH - TGL 305, LLC is being sued for negligence, according to a complaint filed on September 7, 2016.

On August 31, 2014 Nicole Peterson was lawfully on the property when suddenly she slipped and fell on the stairs. 

According to the complaint, TGL 305 breached its duties by creating or allowing to exist and failing to warn of dangerous conditions including, but not limited to, a slippery surface, ill-maintained or nonexistent handrails, etc. 

As a result of this negligence, Nicole Suffered serious bodily injury and now demands judgment for damages in excess of $15,000 against the Defendant. She is represented by Travis Souder, Esq. Schwed, Adams, Sobel & McGinley, P.A in Palm Beach Gardens.
