HOLLYWOOD - A man from Broward County is suing a woman on a count of auto negligence.

Plaintiff, Joseph G. Sacco, filed a complaint on September 6, 2016 in the 17th Judicial Circuit Court against Esther J.Puerta alleging Puerta negligently operated, maintained and/or controlled her motor vehicle so that it collided with Sacco's vehicle.

According to the complaint, on February 14, 2015, the Defendant, Puerta, failed to use reasonable care while operating her motor vehicle and her negligent driving caused her to collide with Sacco's car. As a result, Sacco suffered serious injuries including, but not limited to; bodily injury, expense of hospitalization, and mental anguish. He will suffer these losses in the future.

The Plaintiff requests a trial by jury of all issues and demands judgment against Esther J. Puerta for compensatory damages in excess of $15,000.00, costs, interests, and any other relief the court deems just. He is represented by Mark Allen Egner, Esq. of Mark Allen Egner, P.A. in North Miami Beach.
