HOLLYWOOD - Simone Van-Horne, MD INC. is being sued for negligence after a woman is injured while getting a massage.

According to the complaint, the Plaintiff was getting a massage at the Defendant's business Metamorphosis Medispa and Wellness Center, Inc. when negligently maintained equipment, ie the massage chair collapsed while she was on it. 

As a result of the Defendants negligence in maintaining the equipment, the Plaintiff suffered serious injuries including but not limited to, mental anguish, disability, pain, suffering, and lost wages.

The Plaintiff demands judgment against the Defendants for damages in excess of $15,000 plus costs. Additionally, the Plaintiff is represented by Robert Dixon, ESQ. of Law Offices of Robert Dixon in Miami.
