PLANTATION - Walmart is being sued for negligence after a slip and fall, according to a complaint filed on October 17, 2016.
Danielle Tarazi was on the premises on May 12, 2015 when she slipped and fell. She alleges the Defendant was responsible for allowing a dirty, slippery liquid to remain on the floor, and therefore creating a dangerous and hazardous condition.
As a result of the fall, Danielle suffered serious injuries and wherefore demands judgment for those damages against the Defendant, along with a trial by jury. The Plaintiff is represented by William C. Ruggiero of the Law Office of William C. Ruggiero in Fort Lauderdale.
