SUNRISE - A complaint was filed on October 28, 2016 against Wal-mart Stores after a woman tripped a fell.
According to the complaint, the incident happened on April 22, 2016. The Plaintiff tripped and fell due to a dangerous and uneven curb in the parking lot.
As a result, she suffered pain, mental anguish, physical handicap, and incurred medical expenses.
The Plaintiff demands judgment against the Defendant for damages in excess of $15,000 plus costs. Additionally, the Plaintiff is represented by David J. Gillis, ESQ. in Fort Lauderdale.
