DAVIE - Wal-Mart Stores Inc. is being sued for negligence after a trip and fall.

According to the complaint, the Plaintiff tripped and fell in the parking lot. She alleges the Defendant negligently maintained the premises and failed to warn her of the dangerous condition. 

As a result of the fall, the Plaintiff sustained serious injuries and was forced to incur medical expenses. 

The Plaintiff demands judgment against the Defendants for damages in excess of $15,000 plus costs. Additionally, the Plaintiff is represented by Carl Karmin, ESQ. of the Law Office of Carl Karmin in Fort Lauderdale.
