POMPANO BEACH - A complaint was filed on October 8, 2016 which alleges The Isle Casino was negligent and caused a trip and fall.
On September 4, 2015, Geraldine Dittig was injured at The Isle Casino. According to the complaint, there was a rug or floor mat placed near the soda dispenser that was not flat on the floor. This created a tripping hazard and caused the plaintiff to trip and fall.

Dittig demands judgment against the Defendant for damages in excess of $15,000 and all costs, and demands trial by jury of all issues so triable. The Plaintiff is represented by Arvid J. Peterson, III of the Law Offices of Arvid J Peterson, III in Boca Raton.
