HOLLYWOOD - A complaint filed on October 28, 2016 alleges the City of Hollywood was negligent after a bicycling accident.
Henry Fondeur, one of the Plaintiffs, was bicycling on a sidewalk when a hole in the concrete caused his bike to plunge, propelling him over the handle bars onto the concrete sidewalk.
As a result of accident, he was forced to incur medical expenses, suffer from pain, disability, disfigurement, mental anguish, and loss of earning capacity,
Furthermore, his wife, Silvia Diaz, claims she suffered a loss of consortium and their son suffered a loss of society and services of his father.
The Plaintiffs demand judgment against the Defendant for damages in excess of $15,000 plus costs. Additionally, the Plaintiffs are represented by Rodrigo Saavedra, ESQ. of the Rodrigo L. Saavedra, Jr., P.A in Fort Lauderdale.
