FORT LAUDERDALE - Ark Restaurants Corp, doing business as Sirrico's Pizza inside the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, is being sued for negligence after a slip and fall.
According to the complaint, the Plaintiff, Sandra Rolon, was on the Defendant's premises on February 15, 2015 when she slipped and fell due to a substance she believes was ketchup that was left on the ground.
As a result of the fall, the Plaintiff suffered serious injuries and was forced to incur medical expenses. She alleges the Defendant was negligent by allowing a slippery substance to remain on the ground creating a slipping hazard and failing to warn the Plaintiff about it.
The Plaintiff demands judgment against the Defendant for damages in excess of $15,000 and is represented by Paul A. Galsterer, Esq. of Goldman & Daskal, P.A in Fort Lauderdale.
