DEERFIELD BEACH - A complaint was filed on October 27, 2016 after a woman slipped and fell in a McDonald's store.
According to the complaint, the wet substance that caused the Plaintiff to slip was there for a sufficient amount of time that the Defendant knew or should have known about it.
As a result of her fall, the Plaintiff suffered serious injuries including, but not limited to, lost wages, disability, mental anguish, pain, and suffering. She was also forced to incur medical expenses.
The Plaintiff demands judgment against the Defendants for damages in excess of $15,000, costs, and any other relief the Court may deem appropriate. Additionally, the Plaintiff is represented by Steven Cohen, ESQ. of Law Offices of Robert Dixon in Miami.
