MIRAMAR - Dolgencorp, LLC. is being sued for negligence after a slip and fall occurred at a Dollar General in Miramar.
According to the complaint, the slip and fall had been caused by water on the floor of the premises on April 29, 2016. The Plaintiff alleges that the Defendant was negligent by failing to maintain the floor in a safe manner, as they knew or should have known that the dangerous condition existed.
As a result of the fall, the Plaintiff suffered serious injuries including, but not limited to, pain and suffering, disability, disfigurement, mental anguish, loss of capacity of enjoyment of life, and others. The Plaintiff was also forced to incur medical expenses.
Viveros prays for entry of a judgment against the Defendant in an amount in excess of $15,000 plus costs and is represented by Adam G. Scher, Esq. of Adam Scher Law Group, P.A in Hollywood.
