HALLANDALE BEACH - A complaint was filed on October 27, 2016 stating that Publix is being sued in a negligence action.
According to the complaint, The Plaintiff was shopping in the Hallandale Beach location when a shelf board stacked with items fell on her.
As a result, she suffered severe personal injuries and was forced to incur medical expenses.
The Plaintiff demands judgment against the Defendants for damages in excess of $15,000 plus costs. Additionally, the Plaintiff is represented by Manny Lorenzana, ESQ. of Shaked Law Firm, P.A in Miami.
