FORT LAUDERDALE - Broward County resident sues Racetrac Petroleum, Inc., alleging negligence after the Plaintiff tripped and fell.
According to a complaint filed on October 5, 2016, Racetrac was negligent in leaving the cleaning materials somewhere that Lori Combs, the Plaintiff, was caused to trip over them, fall, and sustain serious injuries including being rendered sick, sore, disabled, and could have aggravated a preexisting condition.
Lori Combs demands judgment for damages against the Defendant along with the costs and interest as permitted by the law. Additionally, the Plaintiff demands trial by jury in all issues triable and is represented by Scott R. Grill, Esq. of Scott R. Grill P.A. in Fort Lauderdale
