PLANTATION - On this two-count complaint, both Publix Supermarkets, Inc., and University Drive Edens, LLC. were allegedly negligent by contributing to a woman tripping and falling on the premises. The complaint was filed on October 24, 2016.

The Plaintiff was on the property on January 31, 2014 when she tripped and fell on the curb, sustaining serious injuries. She was also forced to incur the expenses of hospitalization, nursing care, and treatment. 

Vargas demands judgment against the Defendant for damages in excess of $15,000, costs, and any other relief the Court may deem appropriate. Additionally, the Plaintiff is represented by Thomas H. Leeder, Esq. of Leeder Law Firm, P.A in Plantation.
