PLANTATION - Angela Martinez, Plaintiff, was injured in a slip and fall in a Price Choice Supermarket on July 5, 2016 while shopping in the produce section.
According to the complaint, Price Choice failed to maintain the premises in a way to ensure the safety of the shoppers by neglecting to fix their misting systems which allowed water to do on the slippery floor.
Because of this condition, Martinez suffered bodily injury resulting in mental anguish, loss of enjoyment of life, disability, and many more consequences. She also was forced the expense of hospitalization, medical and nursing care, loss of earnings, and loss of ability to earn money.
Angela Martinez demands in this lawsuit judgment for damages, costs and interest against Price Choice of over $15k. She is being represented by Mitchell J. Panter, Esq. of Panter, Panter & Sampedro, P.A in Miami.
