DEERFIELD BEACH - A complaint was filed on October 13, 2016 against Holiday CVS, L.L.C after a trip and fall.

According to the complaint, the Plaintiff, Felice Ditomasso, was caused to trip and fall on the property. The Plaintiff alleges that this was caused due to the Defendants negligence in failing to provide proper lighting, allowing a parking bumper to remain directly in front of the store's entrance, and failing towarn the Plaintiff of the dangerous condition among other acts of negligence. 

As a result, the Plaintiff tripped over a parking stopper, fell forcefully to the ground, and suffered serious bodily injury and incurred medical expenses. The Plaintiff demands judgment for damages in excess of $15,000 and a trial by jury. Felice Ditomasso is represented by Paul M. Adams, Esq. of Schwed, Adams Sobel & McGinley, P.
