DAVIE - A complaint against Broward College was filed on October 27, 2016 after a trip and fall.

Plaintiff, Gintze Lutz, was on the property on January 9, 2014 when tripped in a pothole in the parking lot. The Plaintiff had was not warned about the pothole. 

As a result of his fall, he suffered a severe knee injury that required surgery. 

The Plaintiff demands judgment against the Defendants for damages in excess of $15,000 plus costs. Additionally, the Plaintiff is represented by John Lawlor, ESQ. of Lawlor, White & Murphey in Fort Lauderdale.
