HALLANDALE BEACH - A man living in Broward County alleges two counts of negligence against the person that caused his collision, as well as that person's employer.
On this two-count complaint filed on September 1, 2016 in the 17th Judicial Circuit Court against the Defendant Andrew Laurella and All-Rite Paving Contractors, Inc., Laurella's vehicle collided with the Plaintiff's, Willie J. Wiggins J's vehicle. Willie alleges that Laurella and All-Rite Paving Contractors were at fault for his collision on April 21, 2015.
According to the complaint, while leaving his job, Laurella operated his motor vehicle carelessly and negligently, causing it to collide with Willie's motor vehicle. Due to the collision, Willie suffered injuries including, but lot limited to; mental anguish, loss of capacity for the enjoyment of life, and medical and nursing care. Laurella was negligent on the first count of reasonable care maintaining proper adequate control of the motor vehicle. All-Rite Paving Contractors was negligent on the second count of being vicariously liable for the negligence of its employees, servants, and/or agents including the driver and the resulting damages to the Plaintiff.
The Plaintiff demands judgment for damages against Andrew Laurella et al in excess of $15,000.00. The Plaintiff respectfully requests that the Court award him compensatory damages, costs, attorney fees, and any other relief the Court deems appropriate. He is represented by Marcus J. Susen, Esq.
