POMPANO BEACH - A man from Broward County is suing another man for operating a motor vehicle in a negligent manner.

The Plaintiff, Carlos L. Reyes, filed a complaint on September 7, 2016 in the 17th Judicial Circuit Court against Edward D. Greene alleging Greene negligently operated his motor vehicle, causing it to collide with the vehicle operated by Carlos.

According to the complaint, on November 24, 2015, the Defendant, Greene, negligently operated or maintained his vehicle so as to cause it to strike Carlos' vehicle. Due to his negligence, Carlos suffered significant and severe injuries including, but not limited to; disability, scarring and/or disfigurement, and loss of capacity for the enjoyment of life. He will suffer these losses in the future.

The Plaintiff requests a trial by jury of all issues and also demands judgment against Edward D. Greene for compensatory damages in excess of $15,000.00, costs, interests, and any other relief the court may deem just. He is represented by Ian Boettcher, Esq. of Rubenstein Law, P.A. in Plantation.
