HOLLYWOOD - A man is being sued for negligently causing a car collision.

The Plaintiff, John Crawford, filed a complaint on September 7, 2016 in the 17th Judicial Circuit Court against Miguel Angel Santiago Jr. alleging Miguel operated a motor vehicle in a negligent manner, causing it to collide with John.

According to the complaint, on April 19, 2016, Miguel negligently operated a motor vehicle in an intersection, and as a result, he caused a collision with John. Due to his negligence, John sustained injuries including, but not limited to; severe pain and suffering, disfigurement, and disability. John's working ability has been substantially impaired.

The Plaintiff demands judgment against Miguel Angel Santiago Jr. for compensatory damages in excess of $15,000.00 and requests a trial by jury of all issues. He is represented by David A. Helfand, Esq. of David A. Helfand, P.A. in Miami.
