DEERFIELD BEACH - CSHJ, Inc., as the owner of the restaurant "Two Georges" in the Cove Shopping Center, is being sued for negligence, according to a complaint filed on September 7, 2016.
On December 20, 2015, Daniel Bonder was using the restroom at Two Georges when the floor collapsed and cause him to fall violently and sustain serious and permanent injuries such as disability, disfigurement, and loss of capacity for the enjoyment of life.
He alleges that the premises was liable for his fall and was negligent in maintaining the bathroom floor and/or warning him about the dangerous condition.
He demands judgment for damages and costs against the Defendant and is represented by Thomas B. Rogers, Esq. of Wites & Kapetan P.A. in Lighthouse Point.
