HALLANDALE BEACH - Success Investment Group, LLC. is being sued after a tenant is injured.

According to the complaint, the roof collapsed onto the Plaintiff of September 14, 2016 severely injuring her. She alleges the Defendant was negligent in maintaining the roof as it had been leaking for a sufficient amount of time that the Defendant knew or should have known about it.

Cherrie Pollack demands judgment against the Defendant for damages in excess of $15,000, costs, and any other relief the Court may deem appropriate. Additionally, the Plaintiff is represented by Arvid J. Peterson, III of Law Offices of Arvid J. Peterson, III in Boca Raton.
