SUNRISE - Simon Property Group, Inc. and Sawgrass Mills GP, L.L.C is being sued for negligence as of September 7, 2016

Angelique Alarcon was shopping at Sawgrass Mills Mall in Sunrise on May 8, 2014. She tripped over pavement on the ground that was unevenly and improperly leveled, according to the complaint. 

As a result of this fall, she suffered serious injuries. She alleges that the Defendants were negligent in allowing a dangerous condtion to occur and not warning her about it. 

The plaintiff demands judgement against the defendants for compensatory damages in excess of $15,000, along with interest, costs of suit, and any other relief deemed just and proper. She is represented by Michael F. Amezaga, Esq.
