CORAL SPRINGS - A complaint was filed on October 10, 2016 for a lawsuit alleging negligence against Incredible Ice, LLC. after a trip and fall incident.

According to the complaint, Dora Manocchio was on the premises on April 24, 2016 to watch her grandson's hockey game. When she rose from her seat the exit the facility after the game, she tripped and fell due to an unmarked grey step, which blended with the floor beneath and wall in front of it. 

16She alleges that Incredible Ice, LLC. was negligent by creating an unreasonable dangerous condition, failing to perform regular inspections of the step, failing to maintain the area in a safe manner, failing to warn the Plaintiff of the condition, and failing to take reasonable efforts to repair the dangerous condition. 

As a result of the trip and fall, the Plaintiff was caused to aggravate a pre-existing condition, suffered pain, physical handicap, disfigurement, and other injuries. 

The Plaintiff prays for entry of a judgment against the Defendant in an amount in excess of $15,000, plus costs, and further demands trial by jury. The Plaintiff is represented by Jason R. Manocchio, Esq. of Robert J. Fenstersheib & Associates, P.A in Hallandale Beach.
