CORAL SPRINGS - A complaint was filed on October 13, 2016 against Sunrise Sports & Entertainment, LLC. after a minor child was injured on the premises.

The Plaintiffs, S.F., and her minor daughter, A.P, were at the ice skating rink on September 16, 2015. According to the complaint, A.P. was instructed and required by an employee to expose her bare foot in an unsafe area thereby severely injuring A.P.'s foot.

As a result of the incident, A.P. suffered bodily injury and resulting pain, disability, disfigurement, mental anguish, among others. The Plaintiffs are represented by Adam Balkan, Esq. of Balkan & Patterson, LLP in Boca Raton.
