CORAL SPRINGS - Publix Super Markets is being sued for over $15,000 for damages after an incident that occurred on September 11, 2012.
On this day, Lisa Demartino was shopping near the produce aisle and pharmacy when a wet substance on the ground caused her to fall and sustain serious injuries including, but not limited to, permanent bodily injury, pain and suffering, mental anguish, and loss of earning capacity.
She alleges that Publix was negligent in keeping the premises safe for invitees and failing to warn her about the dangerous condition.
Lisa, along with her husband, Gary, also claim (count 2) Loss of Consortium and demand compensation for these damages. They are represented by Sean A. Storani, Esq. of Sean A Storani, PL in Pembroke Pines.
