CORAL SPRINGS - A woman and her husband residing in Broward County are suing a man on three counts of auto negligence.

Plaintiffs, Beatriz Gomez and Jose D. Orozco, filed a complaint on September 7, 2016 in the 17th Judicial Circuit Court against Terrence Grizzle alleging Grizzle negligently operated a vehicle, causing a collision with Gomez's vehicle.

According to the complaint, on September 7, 2012, the Defendant, Grizzle, was carelessly and negligently operating a vehicle. By improperly changing lanes, Grizzle's vehicle collided with Gomez's vehicle. Due to his negligence, Gomez suffered injuries including but not limited to; pain and suffering, mental anguish, and loss of capacity for the enjoyment of life. She will continue to suffer these losses in the future.

On the first and second counts, Grizzle is found negligent for driving in an unsafe and unreasonable manner, causing a collision. On the third count, Orozco claims damages for suffering a loss of consortium, comfort, and spousal support due to his wife's injuries.

The Plaintiff requests a trial by jury of all issues and also demands judgment against Terrence Grizzle for compensatory damages in excess of $15,000.00, costs, interests, and attorney fees. They are represented by Sadie E. Naveo, Esq. of Naveo Law, P.A. in Miami Gardens.
