FORT LAUDERDALE - A complaint filed on October 13, 2016 shows that Premier Estate Properties is being sued for negligence after a trip and fall.

According to the complaint, Jennifer Barr alleges the Defendant was negligent in allowing a dangerous condition to allow on the premises. The Plaintiff was caused to trip on a defective and unexpected step or other elevation in the middle of the hallway.

4As a result, Jennifer suffered serious injuries to her shoulder and was rendered sick, sore, lame, and otherwise disabled. Furthermore, William Barr is claiming he has been deprived of the affection, solace, care, comfort, companionship, conjugal life, fellowship, society, and assistance of his wife. 

The Plaintiffs demand judgment against the Defendant for damages in excess of $15,000 exclusive of interests and costs. They are represented by Catherine C. Darlson, Esq. on Kelley Uustal, PLC. in Fort Lauderdale.
