PLANTATION - A complaint filed on October 8, 2016 states Holladay Property Services Midwest is being held responsible for a slip and fall.

According to the complaint, on January 26, 2015, there was a wet floor sign laying flat on the ground. As a result, Kathleen Davis, the Plaintiff, did not know the floor was wet and therefore slipped and fell, sustaining serious injuries. 

10She alleges the Defendant was negligent in creating a dangerous condition, failing to inspect the floors, failing to maintain the floor from the existence of dangerous conditions, failing to undertake reasonable efforts to repair the dangerous condition, and failing to warn the Plaintiff about the wet floor. 

The Plaintiff prays for entry of a judgment against the Defendant in excess of $15,000 plus costs, and further demands trial by jury. She is represented by Michael W. Wallace, Esq. of Robert J. Fenstersheib & Associates, P.A. in Hallandale Beach.
