SUNRISE - A complaint was filed on October 11, 2016 that states Family Dollar Stores, Inc. is being accused of negligence after a trip and fall. 

According to the complaint, Trina Graham, the Plaintiff was in a store in Sunrise on April 11, 2015. She was walking down an aisle when a step-stool caused her to trip and fall and sustain injuries. 

The Plaintiff alleges the Defendant was negligent in allowing the step stool to remain somewhere that people walk, failing to warn the Plaintiff that it was there. 

The Plaintiff demands judgment against the Defendant in an amount in excess of $15,000 plus costs and demands trial by jury. The Plaintiff is represented by Charles Mindlin, Esq. of Robert J. Fenstersheib & Associates, P.A in Hallandale Beach.
