DELRAY BEACH - A man from Palm Beach County is suing a business and their employee for operating a vehicle in a negligent manner.

Plaintiff, Timothy Boykin, filed a complaint on September 6, 2016, in the 17th Judicial Circuit Court against Dylan Lee and Comcast of South Florida I, Inc. alleging Dylan negligently operated a vehicle owned by Comcast, with permission and consent, causing it to collide with a parked lawnmower that Timothy was sitting on.

According to the complaint, on September 6, 2014, Dylan, as an employee of Comcast, operated a vehicle carelessly and negligently so that the vehicle collided with Timothy's lawnmower, parked in front of his home, as he was sitting on it. Due to Dylan's and Comcast's negligence, Timothy suffered bodily injury including, but not limited to; pain and suffering, loss of ability to earn money, and the expense of hospitalization. He will continue to suffer in the future.

The Plaintiff requests a trial by jury of all issues and demands judgment against Dylan Lee and Comcast of South Florida I, Inc. for compensatory damages in excess of $15,000, costs,and interest. He is represented by Michael A. Lewis, Esq. of Lewis &Williams, P.A. in North Palm Beach.
