FORT LAUDERDALE - The City of Fort Lauderdale is being sued for negligence after a woman trips and falls, according to a complaint filed on October 20, 2016.
The Plaintiff, Glenda Nathan, was walking southbound on 300 NW 12th Avenue sidewalk on July 9, 2015 when she tripped and fell over a large lift in the pavement of the uneven sidewalk.
As a result of her fall, she was injured and suffered pain, physical handicap, disfigurement, and was forced to incur medical expenses.
Glenda prays for entry of a judgment against the Defendant in an amount in excess of $15,000 plus costs and is represented by Devin Tison, Esq. of Reinfeld Cabrera Tison in Coral Springs.
