Condominium Parcel No. 202. of CARSON TOWERS CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration thereof, as recorded in O.R. Book 15431, Page 312, of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida.

and does hereby approve the sale of the property wherein L. Dekell, a single woman,  is the Seller and M. Farkus and R. Farkus, husband and wife, are the Purchasers.
