HALLANDALE - Bomba Tacos & Rum is being sued for negligence after a trip and fall on their property on January 1, 2016.
According to the complaint filed on October 10, 2016, Carmen Cambero sustained serious injuries after tripping and falling over a steel threshold in the doorway of the premises.
She alleges the Defendant was negligent by failing to create a safe walkway, failing to warn the plaintiff of the dangerous condition, failing to cure the dangerous condition, failing to exercise reasonable care, and failing to properly place lights around the threshold.
Carman Cambero demands judgment for damages against the Defendant for a sum in excess of $15,000 plus interests and costs. She is represented by Mark A. Kaire of Kaire & Heffernan, LLC. in Miami.
