HOLLYWOOD - A complaint was filed on October 11, 2016 alleging that the City of Hollywood and People's Choice Pressure Cleaning, Inc. were negligent after a man was severely injured.

On February 24, 2016, Plaintiff Don Tichenor was attempting to launch a boat on a boat ramp located in Hollywood and maintained by People's Choice Pressure Cleaning, Inc. According to this two-count complaint, the boat ramp was negligently maintained which caused the Plaintiff to slip and/or trip and violently fall due to debris and/or algae growing on the concrete grooved boat ramp surface where he was walking.

As a result of his fall, the Plaintiff sustained serious injuries and demands judgment against the Defendants for damages in excess of $15,000 and a trial by jury. He is represented by Christopher Galeta, Esq. in North Palm Beach.
