HALLANDALE BEACH - A complaint was filed on October 11, 2016 with Big Lots Stores, Inc. as the Defendant in a slip and fall matter. 

On May 22, 2016, the Plaintiff, Andre Boulin was caused to slip and fall. Boulin alleges his slip and fall was due to the negligent manner in which the floors were maintained by the Defendant. 

As a result of the slip and fall, the Plaintiff sustained injuries such as disfigurement, pain and suffering, mental anguish, and was forced to incur the expense of hospitalization, medical, and nursing care and treatment. 

The Plaintiff demands judgment against the Defendant for damages in excess of $15,000 plus costs and any other relief the court deems proper. Boulin is represented by Gary Englander, Esq. of Englander Peebles in Fort Lauderdale.
