MARGATE - Broward county resident sues best Buy after a trip and fall.

Irwin Appel filed a complaint on October 4, 2016 in the 17th Judicial Circuit Court against Best Buy alleging negligence in a store in Margate.

17According to the complaint, Appel was caused to trip and fall on a Verizon display that was inside the store and was protruding the walkway. As a result, he was thrown violently to the ground, sustaining serious injuries to his arm and shoulder.

He alleges that Best Buy was negligent in failing to properly maintain the display and failing to properly establish the existence of a dangerous condition.

Irwin Appel demands judgment for damages in excess of $15,000 against the Defendant together with costs and demands trial by jury of all issues triable. Appel is represented by Walter Campbell, Esq. of Krupnick, Campbell, Malone, Buser, Slama, Hancock, Liberman, P.A in Fort Lauderdale.
