NORTH LAUDERDALE - A woman is suing two other women for  two counts of auto negligence in causing a car collision.

 The Plaintiff, Ana Robles, filed a complaint on September 7, 2016 in the 17th Judicial Circuit Court against Cynthia Parilla and Jahais Maria Rodriguez alleging Jahais negligently operated a motor vehicle owned by Cynthia with knowledge and consent, causing a collision with Ana's motor vehicle.

According to the complaint, on January 28, 2016, the Defendant, Cynthia gave Jahais permission and consent to operate her vehicle. As a result, Jahais operated, maintained, and controlled the vehicle in a careless and negligent manner, causing it to collide with Ana's vehicle. Due to their negligence, Ana sustained injuries including, but not limited to; physical impairment, inconvenience, and disfigurement and scarring. 

On the first count, Jahais is found negligent for failing to operate the motor vehicle in a safe and reasonable manner. On the second count, Cynthia is found vicariously liable for Jahais' negligence.

The Plaintiff requests a trial by jury of all issues and also demands judgment against Cynthia Parilla and Jahais Maria Rodriguez for compensatory damages in excess of $15,000.00, costs, interests,and any other relief the court may deem just.
